FOSCN is a group of carers or professionals within the field of mental illness in its many guises. Our aim is to raise funds to support unpaid carers who care for loved ones with mental health problems and also to enable them to enjoy socialising with other carers.
Funding for carers events is not provided by statutory services, which is why we established FOSCN to raise money for mental health carers in Somerset to have opportunities to relax and to end their isolation. The funds we raise enable carers to take part in various activities, whilst having a day out and making new friends.
If you would like more information about FOSCN and what we do click on the 'About FOSCN' box above. We are seeking donations, however small, to support our objectives, and if you can help us with a donation, please click on the 'Make a Donation' box above for more information on how to do so. If you would like to contact us for any other purpose, e.g. to ask us a question, or to suggest a fund-raising idea, please click on the 'Contact Us' box above.
We also seek donations of 'bric a brac' etc which we sell to raise funds via a dedicated Facebook Page. To visit us there click on the box below. If you would like to donate something for us to sell there, please also click on the 'Make a Donation' box above for more details.
